The staff of the gymnasium consists of 45 teachers, 29 of whom have high qualification category, 12 - the first qualification category; 1 is the Honored Educationalist of Ukraine; 9 have degree of a "teacher-methodologist"; 8 - "starshey-vchutel" and 3 - "candidate of sciences".
 
There are 418 pupils in 14 forms of our gymnasium. We have our own Statute, Conception, Hymn, Emblem and the Program of Development.
Beginning with the 8th form pupils begin to study according to the profiles: human-pedagogical and philological. They study English intensively from the seventh form and Ukrainian from the 8th form. All the pupils study the second foreign language obligatory (French or German). In the 9th and 11th forms, there are optional courses: "Business English", "Business German", "Business French" or Russian. In the 10-11th forms, the pupils study Latin or Rhetoric.
With the aim of choosing the profession the courses of "The Basis of Journalistic" and "Introduction to Radio-journalistic" were introduced. We have a special course of "The Culture of the Language and Stylistics". |

Future teachers study the basis of pedagogic and psychology. In the modern computer class pupils learn informatics (5-11).
In afterclass hours pupils have individual lessons and consultations for the development of their creative abilities.
For the development of their cultural education there was introduces "The Culture of Art", "Arts" and Music.
There are circles of phitodesign, decorative - house art, choir, vocal ensembles "Jereltse", "Krayany", children's opera, drama, dancing and orchestra of Ukrainian folk instruments.
 
 
Gymnasium cooperates with the Institute of Problems of Education APS of Ukraine as to the scientific work and experiment of art education of pupils. The new integrated course of “Art culture” (8-11 forms) was introduced. Our gymnasium provides – experiments of using new text-books in Ukrainian, Mathematics, Physics and Art culture.
